@LordMooDF The Iraqi Gov? The one that stabilized the country after WWII and fought Iran after the Iran hostage crisis. Saddam even got the key to the city of Detroit in 1980 for donating hundreds of thousands to a Detroit church. Yes, that government, the one that collapsed only a few months after US invasion.
