LAtorre is a new luxurious nine-story tower strategically located just 100 meters from the entrance of the Los Suenos Resort & Marina and a new shopping plaza with grocery store, pharmacy, banking and golf cart rentals.
The 25 condominium development includes a large free-form swimming pool designed for adults and children. The adult area has a wet bar, Jacuzzi and gazebo with charcoal grill and fridge.
Enjoy nearby (700 meters/800 yards) Herradura beach, golfing, fine dining and sport fishing just steps from your LAtorre Herradura Bay condo.
Our large 900 square feet (80 sq. meters) one bedroom condominium greets you upon entering with a stunning view of Herradura bay and valley, including Los Suenos Marina, through ample sliding doors and windows. The living room doors lead out to a long balcony that let you enjoy the view, the sun and the breeze.
The living area includes fully tiled floors and beautiful hardwood furniture including a dining table for 6 guests with cushioned chairs. The living area entertainment is provided through a 42 inch plasma flat panel TV and the seating is on two firm futons. These futons also serve as additional beds when they are laid flat. It is worth mentioning that all condo windows have black-out shades that allow for extended sleeping.
The gourmet kitchen and breakfast counter with 3 cushioned high chairs have granite countertops. The kitchen is very nicely finished with hardwood and glass cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, a 32 inch LCD TV, ample closet space, ensuite bathroom with shower and an ocean view balcony, as well as black-out shades.
A second full bathroom with shower in the living area provides privacy for guests sleeping in that area.
