Alan Merrill, Sands Of Time, Tokyo 1-2010

Alan Merrill, performing his composition "Sands Of Time" in Tokyo, January 2010 at the "Concert For Hiroshi" at the Duo Exchange in Shibuya, a concert for the late Hiroshi Oguchi, founding member of Vodka Collins who died in January of 2009. Hiroshi Oguchi wrote the Japanese lyrics to this song.
"Sands Of Time" was the 1972 debut single for the band Vodka Collins' album release "Tokyo - New York" on EMI in Japan.
Joining Alan Merrill on stage are all the legacy members of the band Vodka Collins, Monsieur Kamayatsu, Take Yokouchi, Masayoshi Kabe. Drums are by Grico of the band Tensaw and keyboards by Shinohara Nobuhiko of the Flower Travellin' Band.
