@WingTsun650 I have read up on Short Power and the idea behind it is very intriguing. Thanks for the info.
-
@colaFRank GM Rene Latosa is the guy who teaches "Short Power" the same thing in Wing Tsun Sifu Bernd Wagner called "7 sources of power" ie the joints. That is the definition of internal power. The Latosa system is both an internal and external martial art.

GM is a true Master, just without the ego.
-
That was the most shocking thing ever when he started making sound effects. I thought only children do that.
-
A true master is one that can make the Pum Bam Wham Booh noises so naturally that it takes us into what he is imagining, just like Emin they are both masters of sound effects. I personally prefer the silent Masters !

@pornpan96 not much of a point replying to you since you closed your account, being the coward that you are. However, this "fat man" could spank you like a newborn baby. If I had to guess, you probably represent some escrima, kali or arnis school that has beef with the Latosa system. Most simply don't like Rene because *GASP!* he finds a lot of flashy techniques, stick twirls and disarms to be useless and merely for show. Maybe you should get over your petty outdated rivalries with other systems

All respect to GM Rene Latosa and his escrima system. Peace to all marterial artists out there.

@ShefoTheChef GM Latosa schaltet die Schaltzentrale aus. Wer KO ist kann auch nicht mehr zustechen. .
This is the trace of a true master.
Every hit is coordinated, loaded with whole body power and explosive.
