From a magicians/flourishers point of view, it looks quite cool I must say.
If you look at the construction/effect, it's quite bad. Putting one selection in the middle, on on the bottom, fancy cuts producing the aces. But perhaps it's meant as a magicians thing. Once again, I really appreciate your creation, but I don't see how well it would work for a laymen.
