  • May be you can call Hewlett-Packard and ask for costumer support.

Does anyone else in your family have a Hewlett-Packard computer?

They might have a Operating System CD (Compact Disc).

Some electronic stores do carry Operating System Discs.

For example: Best Buy or Walmart try theses stores first or from another computer, you can buy a new Hewlett-Packard operating system disc from on-line.

  • I used the computers operating system CD's, that came with the computer.

You should only reinstall the computers devices/drivers on the computer.

I also had to use a portable keyboard to use the computer, because the computers keyboard would not work.

I had to safely restart the computer.

I recommend that you should have a portable back-up drive for your computer, if it happens again.

The back-up drive will save all of your hard work in one place, but not on the computers hard-drive.

  • The problem is solved, The video I am showing here is out dated...

  • Update: The HP computer is fixed and is now working.
