In between the Shortwave Preachers and Shortwave conspiracists in the middle of the night (01:40 UTC) while band scanning a Spanish language Numbers Station possibly V2A on an Eton E5 in South Wales on 5135 Khz Shortwave appeared.

The change in audio is me switching between SSB and AM.

Signal is really using AM modulation but its only audible on SSB.

V2 at 02:00 UTC was much more audible on 4028 / 4029 Khz the same night, but it basically the same so no point recording.

Anyway enjoy another late night band scan and camera phone jobby.

  • Good job on this. I've not had much success with V2A compared to my old radio.
