Despite the spelling errors if you actually read what Frances wrote it was more articulate than what people older than her (or even people her age) could put together. She pretty much stayed away from ad hominem attacks (though the whole thing was kinda an ad hominem attack). Courtney has said that Frances doesn't want to be in music and would rather be a political journalist. She's only used the Cobain name to get a Rolling Stone internship. At least she didn't go on that shitty MTV show.

Frances Bean isn't being hypocritical. When's the last time she tried to get a reality show or fashion line or realeased a CD?
