Hello All I had my gastric bypass 2 years ago i weighed 375, I lost 75 lbs but now i am at a stand still at 322 lbs I have a hanging tummy that has no muscles and rubs the skin up underneath. I need help to start losing weight again what should i do. Someone please help me.

I've watched almost all of your videos now. Started a couple weeks back. I just had to sign up so I could comment. You are awesome and very inspirational! I'm very seriously considering having lap band surgery. I have two daughters...14 and 19 (20 in January)and their names are Summer and Autumn. You look AWESOME! I appreciate you making these videos.

Not to be depressio, cause its sad. However, I know that people who are hungry/starving bind their stomachs so they dont feel the pain of being hungry. So sad I know but true.
