@kylexgoesxrawr Funny you say that! I live in Melbourne, in Springvale specifically and I was wondering if a huge wave came up the bay would I be safe roughly 15 kilometers up Springvale Road. My Mum lives further up Springvale Rd in Mulgrave, but by then the ground is quite elevated and hilly aproximatelly 18 kms from the beach!!! What part of Melbourne are you in? Cheers : )

A natural disaster, I certainly hope so because this documentary could give inspiration to individuals, governments, terrorists
We just handed them the way to speed up the process for an event to happen. Heat up the water inside the volcano and create a man made landslide for a mega tsunami
On the other hand, we have found out that the cause is the heated water inside the volcano. Simply drill holes to these waterbasins and drain the rainwater from the inside. no water inside, no collapses

@DenStoreKlinge I live in Charleston, SC in a the town of Mt. Pleasant. My home in in this big suburban community named Dunes West. It's surrounded by a lot of wilderness and forest and it has some creek inlets and marshes. The ocean itself is about maybe 4-5 miles to the east. Am i safe? I'm assuming that the trees would give the wave much resistance and probably slow its power. Even the little amount of palm trees in Thailand slowed their tsunami. What do u think?

i live in Newark, California so i dont think it will happen but im not sure i live in the bay area

@cerone555 really sooo hows your air travel...lol
This is really scary. Of course, I am not afraid, I don't live in the US but that is a really good explanation of how the active volcano of La Palma will fall into the sea and cause the Mega Tsunami. Freaking scary! It will happen. But...when.....?

Only one question, can somebody please answer, in the shot of NY under water, it looks like the water is still, NY is above sea level, so wouldn't it recede back into the ocean?
