Iraq used WMDs in the early 80s. So the USA had to do something about it in 2003? Maybe they could have done something in the 80s? Wait -- they did. Following Saddam's gassing of the Kurds, Reagn/Bush admin did take action -- they increased the amount of aid they were giving him.
The Iraq invasion had nothing to do with WMDs or concern for the Iraqi people

When referring to the act of execution the word 'hang' strangely takes the form 'hanged', in all other cases it would be 'hung'.
