guys i want to ask something.. my rottweiler is extremely powerful at 14 months old, 122 pounds! but im waiting for him to become 18 months to starting pulling weights because i don't want to harm any of his joints.. but as a beginning how much weight should i let him pull? as much as he can handle? or should i start gradually? thanks a lot!

@minix775516 so this would help my rottys hips? she's only 6 months so they are ok but i want to keep her in good shape so her hips won't hurt. i've been looking for a way. do you think this would be best and if so, where did you get your info and stuff, so i can do more research. i have lots of land for her to roam on(HUUUUUUGE cage lots of room,like a 1/4 of an achr.)but would this help to?
