I don't think you need to kill haagraven(boss) but i did anyway.
When you come to the part with the frost trolls you can either try the way i did but after i stopped recording i died so i wouldnt recommend that, i recommend sneaking and pulling a bow out, it took me 2 arrows to kill him i then used unrelenting force to get round the frost trolls to loot him, once you have looted haagraven you simply exit the way you came in leaving the frost trolls out there.
