Personally I think Judge Sotomayor is a racist and believes that Latinos and more specifically Latino women are more inclined to make wiser choices than a white male. That's not "reverse racism" it's just racism. But on the other hand Senator Sessions is a fool who is making an ass of himself with these questions. Impartiality IS an aspiration and can never really be achieved. (By the way I am a black male)

@MrMagneticPelican Can anyone point me to a WISE latina woman who has made better or even WISE decisions before? In all of those third world shitholes that are 'latino', wheres the WISE decision making women? Its a myth. Kind of like the 'black power' or 'blacks are bigger/better/etc' myth made to overcome inadequacies and lift up the weak or those unwilling to find worth in themselves personally.

If the law is unfair, it's not up to the judges to change it. That role belongs to the legislature.
