It is very much clear from the translation you are presenting is from Rashid Khalifa while he told that Quran can not be translated in to any other language and what he has produced is just exposition of Quran being a messenger of covenant. am i right?

@fabrinoo100 A translation of the Quran is just that: a translation. It is not divine nor will it ever represent the true nature of the original Arabic text. RK never claimed it is wrong to translate the Quran. In fact, God tells us the Quran is a message to the world (68:52), and that a community cannot understand the Quran if it is not in their language (26:198-199). However, it is a fact that it is only the original Arabic Quran that is the ultimate reference for God's laws.
