A short film from the opening day of The VIVOBAREFOOT Experience, 64 Neal Street, Convent Garden, London, UK.
The VIVOBAREFOOT Experience takes each customer on a journey: from explaining the benefits of moving barefoot, to educating about barefoot technique, to suggesting the perfect shoe for different uses and terrains. In addition to learning about the benefits of barefoot movement on iPads, customers can receive a barefoot consultation, with video gait and plantar pressure analysis, in the VIVOBAREFOOT Training Clinic from fully trained Barefoot Advisors.
"The skill and benefits of barefoot walking and running are what drive us," said Cédric Moulin, Retail Director for VIVOBAREFOOT.
"The store is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to allow in-store barefoot running clinics. All our staff have completed a minimum 5-day coaching course and are super-excited to share the fundamental knowledge they have now made theirs."
One of VIVOBAREFOOT's aims in designing The Experience is to provide a space for the barefoot community. Instead of the journey ending after leaving, customers are invited to come back for further consultations, to join in on our running club and to support each other in rediscovering the skill of injury-free, natural movement.
