I tried to upgrade it to W.M 6.5, with the User downloader manager, available in samsung's page I started to updating , the blue bar progress remained in 45%, and so for one hour, I decide close the User downloader and unplug my phone, in the Display only said sammsung and no more, I tried to re powering on the phone again, pressing the power button again without receive answer, but now still in black screen, without vital signs, without powering on. Please dont't try to do it.

THE NEW UPDATE, THE ACTUAL ONE ONE FROM SAMSUNG IS SO MUCH DIFFRENT, AND BETTER :D

Can i do this on omnia2 ??
I actually tried but when i click detect...there are no responses... i downloaded the .bin file(almost 90mb) and connected via activesync.

jltoves - you may need to set your Epix to run in Modem mode (Settings > USB Connections), plug it into your computer and then your computer should detect it and allow you to install the Samsung Epix drivers. Remember to switch back to Activesync after installing the drivers.

6de - I would NOT recommend that you try this on your Omnia. As far as I know, this BIN was specifically made for the Epix and will most likely break any other phone you try to put it on.

jltoves - make sure your computer can connect to the Epix via activesync/WMDC before you perform this upgrade. If your computer can't see your Epix, GrandPrix wont be able to detect it.
