Picky, picky - it should read Rosario. Course I never make mistakes on my uploads.
Beautiful all round - Thanks.

What violinist could get away with those slides nowadays? Her singing and breath control though are stunning. We collectors go after fabled rarities and pay 100s for them and the joke is many of them aren't a third as good as this. Some pretty awful.

Haunting, beautifully mesmerizing. Thank you, dear Doug.

@CurzonRoad A loose rendition into English, if I might: "The Nile's waters, always pale, flowing//The stars of night//The sphinx, the riverbanks - two rows form//In the midst our boat sails.//The beloved, leaning over the prow//Let your eye wander over me sweetly//Holding his head, I tremble//My flaxen hair on his knees.//And the great sphinx in the endless plain//We watch them all pass by//In the confusion there is harmony//Love falling in on us." translation by cypher133, 2010.
