when i use hotkey p for bone sketching it trys to remder like a game rendering

For bone sketching to work, you need to have your armature selected and be in Edit mode. If you do that, then pressing P brings up the bone sketching panel.

IK is short for "Inverse Kinematics" and it's a powerful tool for rigging and animation. It's a deeper topic than I can really cover in a YouTube reply, but there are quite a few resources on the web to help you with seeing how it works.
