Thanks to Mike Huckabee over-taxing Arkansas our state ended up with well over ONE BILLION dollars in surplus revenue! I'm sure some small amount of that money could have been set aside for this cause or to at least start a program aimed at raising money for this use. The fact is Mike Huckabee could care less. Vote for Hillary 2008! ;)

Personally I've never heard of cheap AIDS medication. The sate has a budget. You add more to it and you cut something else. Rock and a hard place. I would figure he didn't want to see the boy die. But give me a break, you telling me there are not thousands of cases like these a year. People DON'T like to limit their extra money to help family and neighbors. It's the selfish American way.
Go to Canada! Good riddance. I bet it's nice, but want a sorry American you would be. You help change it!!!!
