The Annapolis Wherry Tandem is a fast sliding-seat rowing boat, built from a Chesapeake Light Craft kit. Based on the incandescently popular Annapolis Wherry, a single, the Tandem doubles the payload to 650lbs and is ideal for open water racing, training, exercise, recreation, or beach cruising. Built stitch-and-glue style using CLC's patented LapStitch process, this kit is ideal for first-time boatbuilders and will consume 100-120 hours in construction. Switching between tandem rowing, passenger, and single rowing modes takes just moments: wing nuts hold the sliding seat rigs in place.
