They gambled on the Stock Exchange prior to the GFC and lost $millions. The Health payroll disaster is one example of the total incompetence of their management. $350 million wasted! Smart card drivers license started in 2003 – costs so far $12,000,000 wasted. The Health payroll system – total incompetence – costs so far $250,000,000 wasted.
