400ex test drive

Me test driving my new to me 2001 400ex. This thing is fast. Pulling out of cords the front end comes up nice and easy. was going about half throttle in 4th gear and pinned it and the front shot up so fast had to slam on the rear brakes.

@lt500rkid ill be racing in novice next year (its 400cc max) and i tried junior but running a 10 minute moto with full blown 450s is hard to keep a position long.

DONT START ANY SHIT WITH ME DUDE IM NOT IN THE FUCKING MOOD your not telling me anything i dont know already...anyway, its just a damn shame the TRX250R was set aside for the new 450's the trx250r has the best power to weight ratio on almost any quad that was mass produced. that and id like to see the Kawasaki Tecate 4 make a return it was a bad ass quad! as far as the 400ex in witch i own you can put that engine through HELL and shell keep on thumping! cant remember how many banshees iv rebuilt

if i handle a crotch rocket i can easily handle a 112 mph quad, dude i did not start riding last night...i never said quads are meant for drag racing. i was responding to your smart ass comment you first left. the banshee was first meant for the sand dunes but over time has became a drag quad, the TRX250R was meant for track/MX racing. the TRX400EX, Z400,DVX400 are all trail/ sport quads.

@yamahabansheerider 112 thats fast, buts its not how fast it goes, its how fast you can handle it, btw, 4 wheelers are either meant to MX, XC, or trail ride, not drag....

@MotoBros4Life Stock 400exs can hit about 55-65 so that one could probably do 75 easy.
