  • @AnnaMuscetti Si, l'ho vista , mi e' piaciuta. io pero' di solito l'aglio(non lo tolgo alla fine) lo faccio a pezzettini e ci metto il peperoncino a pezzettini e alla fine spesso ci metto il prezzemolo. quando la faccio con il pan grattato ci metto anche le acciughe. e faccio come te , a volte ci metto, i capperi, e le olive. beh li, siamo gia' indirizzati verso la "puttanesca". grazie, ciao

  • @niaimack let me tell you that in this case you don't . it is probably the only italian dish when you don't do that...I'M italian and i have been cooking and eating this simple dish since i was a teenager.....try it without water and you will taste the difference. just be careful not to burn the garlic because it takes seconds....
