@kyleglied TONS of people have seen 8-10C drops on this CPU. That isnt worthless.

nice lapping but for those who want to know if this helps. I have been in this overclocking, case modding and computer builds world too and have lapped several cpus. As a normal user who just plays games and surfs the web, you wont notice any differece. But for overclockers when u take it to 4.0+ ghz then it drops may be like max 5c and thats like a loooooootttt of difference.
So yeah it works and i have always loved doing it, even if it doesnt work, :D

This was a waste of time an money. lapping is worthless for the amount of work and the small temp drop.
