The Vedas and Hinduism do not originally advocate vegetarianism. That was an influence of Jainism.
There is a Hadith from the Muslims, Muhammad having said "All creatures are like a family of God: and he loves the most those who are the most beneficent to His family."
So yes, overlap in worship is to be found. Although Muslims/Jews don't belief God can manifest himself in this word. Christians however, do.

The perfect spiritual world is devoid of any anxieties:no one there,in the form of animal,human or plant, fears attack from another creature. In this material world,we can also train ourselves to live this way by eating only fruits and veg,drink milk and milk products,without attacking or killing animals for food. Good hindus,Christians or muslims can live this way and please God,who can appear in any form He likes,even animal!

You see yourselves far from god....but never see god....is there any place that god is not ? Why must you believe in such division....have you not heard that there is a universe ....Uni-verse....One-verse, E=mc2 . Truth...exist, whether you do...or not. The Truth may change form....but will always remain . What divisions do you think you see ? Time is a tool to calculate movement.....but movement, does not exist because of the tool.

@nkwheaton I agree with you to an extent. But all the religions still have major differences. Christianity is very different because Heaven is achieved THROUGH this relationship with God, not by works of "goodness".
