depends which one, Tell me the specs of it and i can help you. its the one im thinking of, the 2.26ghz, 4gb ddr2, 9800m gs 512mb, then get this defenitely, but if the asus is around $50-$100 cheaper, then get that. It looks better than this one.

I searched for deals on Ebay for all of my laptop upgrades so I got everything pretty cheap. I just did a search on Ebay for "laptop bluray drive" & found on the first page a brand new external Bluray drive for $70 then $18 shipping to Mexico (this is the one I would go for myself). You can remove this drive from the external case to instal into your laptop. Or there is a 2nd hand Sony slot drive Bluray listed for $58 & $25 shipping to Mexico. I would go for the

Man dude. I get like 5 fps when recording on the same computer. I do get 60 on max setting which is weird when it's not recording

I have the 7805u with the 1920x1200 screen, dual hard drives in raid 0, Bluray drive & a few other goodies. This machine handles games smoothly: COD 4, Crysis, Warhead, L4D, Fallout 3, Syms 3 (my wife), plus many other ganes.
