if you're being asked to blow into any kind of breathalyzer, you are either already under arrest or you have the right to refuse without consequence.

  • Hee this fool's advise when he says.."don't be a fool". If u follow his advice, youre gonna get locked up with more severe consequences. Everything he's saying is bad advice.

  • @lkop09nowbterp Looks like I've got another cop giving bad information on my videos. They get used to that by lying on the stand on a regular basis. Good cops never post on here just the abusers.

  • @dwidude007 if your driving intoxicated, explain how the charges would be bogus?

  • @drewkuch We don't have that in Texas.

  • @dwidude007 Amen, fight the power!

  • @symbol4us Hey I forgot to call you while I was in Tampa a couple of weeks ago. You could have arrested me on bogus charges and then lied in an affidavit like you usually do. But I would have hired Michael Kessler to bust your bubble and then I could have enjoyed reading your apology letter while on the plane home. : )>

  • @drewkuch DWI Dude says "we ain't in Kansas, Dorothy!"

  • @dwidude007 because I was able to attain a warrant that unless found not guilty was going to see the sun during lunch time while in state prison. Your a funny mutha fucka though....what time is your show?

  • @dwidude007 You know, your comments might be worth something If you went out and actually changed shit. Otherwise, your comments are over dramatic. And you couldn't pick me apart in a court room you built and designed yourself. I'f don't undercover drug sting and written more warrants to get into peoples businesses and homes than you've written piss poor comments on youtube. Pick me apart......I've sat on the stands of Federal courts trying to tear me down

  • @drewkuch i have to admit it gets a little ridiculous when someone keeps getting arrested for DWI after already having two or more convictions. What troubles me is when i see clients with convictions that should not have happened. I watched a lawyer in San Antonio plea his client guilty to DWI with a 0.07 breath test last week. It was embarrassing and now that client will be facing a "second" if he is wrongfully arrested again. That is why people must hire a qualified DWI attorney if arrested

  • @dwidude007 Ya, makes sense. Trying convincing America that. :) I believe there's a new law out about people with a lifetime ban being able to get their license back. I sent $100 to the state, still haven't heard. 10 years breath machine in your car. Know anything about that?
