  • I am a doctor in USA and i can read and write samskritam but cannot converse well. This language opens the doors to hindu scriptures, epics, other ancient teachings, including many Buddhist teachings. Canonical works of Buddhists by Nagarjuna etc were in sanskrit. Japan alone has more than 50 universities teaching sanskrit. Do u think that is useless?

  • Thanks to sanskrit bharti we have Sanskrit schools in almost every state of India and in major cities of the West. Good bless Sanskrit Bharti for their great work.

  • One of the main requirements to ensure unity within a country is have one common language. That way everyone can communicate with each other. India needs one that they can call their own. And that one language which can unite India is Sanskrit.

  • Blondeonblonde1966, Sanskrit isn't useless. It is the only language that most languages in India come from. It is a language that will unite the country. Not everyone wants to learn English, a foreign language, or any of the other regional languages. But Sanskrit isn't set to one particular place. That is why there is a movement in India to spread all over the country. Currently there are over two million people worldwide that can speak it. And it is growing very fast.

  • I think u should learn some manners and learn how to interact with decency.
