Well what do you guys expect? The game came out in the 80s. Of course it is kinda awkward.

Neither would I, I still don't know why the localization team decided to name the recovery items bugers and cola instead of something more I don't know traditonal same with the shop "First food shop" which is engrish for Fast food shop, I mean come on americans aren't all obsessed with bugers and cola or Fast food.
