this is a simple 2cv engine, wich eventually you can use without fan, basically because those cilinder are air cooled. If it would have 4 cilinders, then it would not be that simple...(citroen GS engine for instance)

No, no ventilador needen. driving cools the engine and oil like a motorcycle
