Food Checkweigher & Metal Detector

Accuweigh recently supplied a Checkweigher and Metal Detector to a South Australian company for their packaged fish based products.

The sachels are first scanned by the AccuCheck Metal Detector to detect any metal contaminants before passing over an AccuCheck Checkweigher to ensure correct weight. Sachels that are underweight or containing metal contaminants are automatically removed from the process line.
