  • The selection of the name was intended to reflect the simple, back to basics approach of our equipment/system. As for the exercises demonstrated on the video, our experience has shown that people don't like long videos. My intent was to quickly demonstrate the versatility of the equipment, not necessarily proper technique. Thanks for your input.

  • We call these landmines on our team. We use them for mostly twisting motions, but they are amazingly useful. Glad to know that other people use them too!

  • I still do not see how this is warranting a "caveman" lable...cavemen hunted and fought...you dudes are lifting weights. BTW keep your back straight when you do your bent over rows! BTW you need to contract longer and return slower on ALL YOUR LIFTS!
