Agree with F1Xvitaaa and sonadorito! Every excellent driver never let pass an opponent this way. And every excellent driver diving in a half opening too! That's racing! Senna, Prost , Hill, Schumacher and other, were excellent drivers and no losers. So this is what happen when very good drivers have a hard fight! Senna was a go-getter. Same were Prost and Schumacher!
That was the way Senna was if he saw half an opening he didnt let someone ask him twice he went for it. That what made him so exsiting to watch and endeared him to all his fans.
Agree with F1Xvitaaa. If Schumacher or Alonso had done this, everyone would just say "what an idiot, dickhead, cheater bla bla ..." But if it's about Senna, everyone starts cheering like a littel girly ;-D
i didn't say it was the right or wrong thing to do I just said Senna always whet for an opening. Besides i have no problems with Schumacher, sometimes I think am the only one that like both of them.
typical Senna - get out of my way othervise we colide. What did Prost wrong there? He just held his position and didn´t move over. Senna wouldn´t have made the corner and would have gone very wide there. In 1990 Senna did even worse thing - hit him from behind in the first corner
he would have made the corner , that was an amazingly brave skillful overtake, prost drove into him cos he knew if Senna got past him it was all over for him... it's so obvious from the helicopter camera
Actually, Prost does move over. Look for other footage, particular from above in the helicopter. Prost clearly turns in too early and actually causes the collision. And Senna made that same maneuver successfuly later in the race to pass Nannini and win (before DSQ) and twice before in the 1988 race when he won the championship, so it was not an impossible move by any means. By 1990 it was karma going the other way.

In 1990, you are right.
