Also getting enough sun exposure as being black also helps get rid or prevent the rickets.

it happens to black people alot more because they get less sunlight exposure because of their black skin (melanin) reducing the amount of vitamin D they get (cause of ricketS).
this is why white people turned white over time and i wish more black people would watch this before talking shit about how white people get sun burned therfore we have some sort of defect its infact a perfect adaptation for europe.
