Hormone and menopause expert, Mia Lundin says millions of American women are being misdiagnosed, mistreated, and mismedicated with prescription drugs and anti-depressants every day because many medical practitioners do not understand or fail to recognize that there is a direct connection between female hormone balance and female brain chemistry.

Female anxiety, midlife crisis, chronic depression, sleep disorders, and female reproductive diseases have reached epidemic levels in the U.S., and Lundin's book, "Female Brain Gone Insane" was written to provide alternative menopause treatments and "cures" for hormone and brain chemistry imbalances.

  • Mia's book has given me hope that I can starting sleeping through the night again. My hope is that by balancing my brain chemistry and hormones, I will sleep without having to use 'sleeping pills'. Her book is straightforward and easy to understand and I can't wait to get started!

  • Mia Lundin's video hits home. Finally, someone has taken the time to write a book to help women take charge of their life and their bodies. She understands what we are going through! B. R. Scollin, Santa Barbara, CA

  • I highly recommend her book. It's super-easy to read and very informative. It explains women's body chemistry, and how the female hormones, adrenals, thyroid and neurotransmitters all interact and affect each other, creating various physical and emotional symptoms. There are charts and tools you can use to understand your own body/brain as well as recommendations of how to go about getting help using the appropriate supplements, foods, bioidentical hormones and lifestyle changes. 5 stars!!!

  • helpful information and a great book

  • the interview on 104.7 the Fish in Atlanta gave a good overview, too. Plan on buying the book...

  • OMG this is great... what a relief there is someone to help woman out... Can't wait to read the book

  • Simply fabulous! A saviour to all women out there that know something isn't quite right but have met with frustration with their doctors and have found no answers. The book is fantastic! This woman is super fantastic!!!!!

  • Mia Lundin is the real thing. She knows what she's doing with bioidentical hormone replacement. This book is a way for hormone imbalanced women to feel better.
