If the driver had DELIBERATELY neglected to secure the vehicl properly, I could understand where this couple is coming from. However, this was a freak accident which was very unfortunate. What this couple doesn't realize is the amount of regulations which ARE enforced upon truck drivers regardless of what they haul. It seems no one is concerned with regulations when you go to the store, or perhaps the general public hasn't realized that what they're buying got there on a truck!
