On first listen you may think this is a song glorifying violence and gang culture , but if you listen more closely you'll see its quite the opposite. 2007 - 2009 saw an unacceptable rise in teenage killings accross London. The lyrics to the song are graphic and hard hitting , and give a more realistic depiction of the streets of today.

'STREETS IS I' is a clever and well written song speaking from the perspective of the streets themselves about the sights they have seen, and give a chilling reminder that there is more to life than the streets and that no good can come of living life this way .
