STWS was honored to present Bruce's Patterson's "Stress: A First Aid Kit" , participatory workshop for the September 11th community.
In "A Stress First Aid Kit," Bruce Patterson teaches several easily applied and practical tools for handling crisis or distress that work fast, require no previous training, are safe to use in any situation and can be taught to others.
With the help of music, technology and audio-visual props, Bruce avoids the dryness of standard "headucation" in this experiential workshop that allows participants to have fun and learn by doing as well as listening. Come with an open mind and leave with tools you can use for the rest of your life.
