@ronaldh33 My problem is solved now ;) The motherboard couldnt accept any hardware upgrades since the bios COULDNT be updated :/ besides that my computer was infected with tons of vira.. so decided to get my self a new pc :)
I cant get my processor to work, i have the right socket, and i have updated my BIOS. but still doesnt work. Do a Intel processor E6500 have specific FSB requirements to run? cuz i just get a black screen saying " no signal input"
almost right but you forget to mention the CPU which uses the external data bus to inform the memory chip which binary it wants from the RAM but it can only do this through the Memory controller chip for example
No. CPU speed is "Clock speed" and FSB is a system type bus that connected in between you system memory. FSBs job is to take files loaded on your RAM to the CPU.
Otherwords is that clock speed is how fast you CPU can execute data and FSB is how fast you CPU can get DATA from Hard drive and RAM

@octoxd does your video card work? do you have a pci-e videocard or an integrated videochip? is your monitor cable broken? is it properly connected?

I heard that the Intergeated memory controller is better than external memory controller

whats the north bridge do? and doesnt the FSB refer to the speed of the cpu?

Front side is not a "part". It is basically a measurement of how fast your computer talks to your ram/north bridge.
