Have you tryed Pueblo Chile? I would expect a better explanation than "NO". Don't get me wrong I love New Mexico Chile, but like I said I prefer Colorado grown chile. I live on the west coast and I have both New Mexico and Colorado grown chile shipped to me every year.
Looks good. If you want an even more "authentic" taste, instead of a burger bun, wrap your burger in a flour tortilla. The blue corn cafe in downtown Santa Fe does a pretty good one.
Made just the way I make them! Guess its in the blood since Im a native New Mexican. Lemitar produces the best, most flavorable green chile here in NM. YUM

Lemitar is very good. I'm born and raised in Albuquerque and were blessed with the best food in the world!!!

Lemitar chile IS the best in the state. If you're lazy like me, get a pint of chopped green from the Frontier in ABQ, also very good.
