Uppers and downers, like dexedrine (speed) and Valium (tranquilizer), Lron was fond of doing whatever gave him a buzz, he was an addict as well as a fucking lunatic, great combination. In quite a few of his (bizarre) lectures he sounds like he is totally wacked outta his head, no doubt that helped him come up with much of his 'tech', and why it doesn't work worth a damn.
