    No, physics says that the quantities of electricity come in coulombs, not amps. In other words, THAT MOVEMENT IS CALLED A CURRENT *OF* ELECTRICITY. The electrons each carry a tiny quantity of negative electricity. In AC systems, "the electricity" flows back and forth because the electrons flow back and forth.
