el probema no son los pandilleros, mas bien el problema es el gobierno corrupto e incompetente de el salvador. al no poder brindar buenas fuentes de desarrollo y educasion para los salvadorenos. claro que los jobenes al no tener un futuro y al ser oprimidos por un estado totailtario se volveran rebeldes, a quien le importa estudiar? si la verdad es que aunque logren terminar bachillerato lo que les espera es trabajar como conductores de autobuses para poder mediosobrevivir.

el problema no esta en la policia sino en el organo judicial y en la poblacion ya que enrealidad son los jueces los que dejan libres a los pandilleros y sin la denuncia de las victimas mucho menos los van a poder condenar
