I just downloaded the app, it's a god send as I was considering spending €100 odd on a external geo-tagging unit!
I'll also be recommending it to friends...

Anybody know the name of the song towards the end of the video? (I know this is a bit random ;) )

The best geotagging app I've used. Works like a charm and fit my workflow perfect.

@leeleefallen Thank you for calling me stupid without telling a reason?!? This is high end discussion, huh?
I guess you did not understand what I wrote? I still use my Dawntech and I have a Solmeta with compass now, too. They work great.

You are absolutely right, even if the better featured geotaggers cost much less than the Nikon gp-1 and start at about 120 EUR.
Still it is very funny to me, that you use one of the - still rare cameras - that can provide much more comfort than any software :o)
I guess it is less than 1% of all DSLR on the market that have a gps interface. And to all of the others geotag app might be a great tool, for sure.
See how few cameras are GPS-ready: gps-camera.eu/wissen/29-hardwa

cool app, cool video, but one quick question, my desire hd is displaying a 12hour clock and my nikon d5000 is 24hour clock, will this matter when running it through the software ? i can't seem to change either to 12hour or 24hour clock ??

@RaudiA4 Thanks! It is not problem, just setup correct time on both devices (not depending on format 12/24). If you will have any trouble, please send email to our support team.

Funny! The presenter uses a Nikon D90 which can make "geotag photos app" obsolete. Nikon D90 is GPS-ready. Connect a geotagger like Nikon GP-1, Solmeta Pro Kompass or Dawntech M3L to the camera. It will geotag the pictures (JPG and RAW) in the cam!
No software, no account, no iPhone needed :o)

@MrGeotagger You are right we are using "GPS ready" camera, but compare prices $194 (for Nikon GP-1) vs $4 (for Geotag Photos Pro) :o)
