Ras Alan 2011 Asheville Fall Charity Jam

Location: Acery's Spring Disc Golf Course. The 1st annual Asheville Fall Charity Jam is dedicated to raising awareness about local heroes in our community. This year, in our inagural event, we are helping the family of Captain Jeff Bowen. On July 28th, 2011 Captain Jeff Bowen responded to a four alarm fire at 445 Biltmore Avenue. A medical office located between the two Mission hospital campuses had caught fire.
Jeff, a 13 year veteran of the Asheville Fire Department, sadly lost his life that day. He was survived by his loving wife, Stacy, and thier three children. He was 37 years old, his heroism and dedication shall always be remembered by his family, his firefighting brothers and the community he served. This was an opportunity to come out and show our appreciation and support for the people in the community that truly make a difference. Presented by Asheville Arborists.

agreed. i ran to my car bcause i wanted to get these guys on film. they sounded so good. I started filming & my arms were cramping up. then my back started going out. I backed myself into a tree trunk & tried to get my back support. but i kept the camera running so thank you
