@DarkAssassin8867 Because her real name isn't Paz. Maybe SPOILER, but she really is Cipher agent and all that Paz is really Ciphers masterplan to recruit Big Boss back to Cipher (i.e. The Patriots) and she was ordered to launch the nuke, if Big Boss doesn't join Cipher, as a way to frame MSF to be extremist cult that go so far as launching a nuke.
