This is my show still to this day.....and I have been using that monicker since '96.

Richard Boone was a trained actor on Broadway. The only hokey thing about the show was the women that couldn't resist his charms. The first western to be filmed in the wild landscape and not just a stage

@FerretJohn I read your comment and am trying to come up with an actor who could play boones part in a new movie version.................it would have to be someone not too young. I was thinking Kevin Spacey.....even though he does not look a thing like boone

With all the big screen remakes of classic shows going on these days I'm surprised nobody's thought to bring up this. Have Gun Will Travel would be a great movie!
