have u guys noticed by the way that everytime you finish listening to one of her songs, you end up feeling so peaceful? I just sigh and smile :) it's so different of an experience of listening to someone singing, I never get that same feeling from listening to someone else. At the end of every song i'm left as if i've just awaken from a nice dream.

@WillonFire87 LIsten to ' I've Dreamed of You" uploaded by Asylum Deneye. You will love it. Supposedly she heard the instrumental in Ireland & had someone compose lyrics. She sang it to James Brolin on their wedding day. PERFECT!!!

I just finishing reading the book and I got curious about the movie, but this movie destroys the story and the director fails on showing South Carolina, and what the book is about. Barbara Streisand can be a good singer but what a bad movie director she is. Poor the writer, no one would ever read the book if first watches the movie. The worst movie my eyes have watched.

IF Barbra had not meddled with John Barry's music...WE all would of been listening To John Barry's score here. BUT..she never left him alone..and he left the project.

THERE was a time when Stephen Foster was playing John Barry's theme to Prince of TIdes...on the Piano...and SHE walked over to Foster..and said this is beautiful..does it have any words to it? and Who wrote it...Forster said..NO words..and John Barry wrote it for Prince of Tides...SHE walked away...!!!! LOL
