@virusoo77 I think he provided more than enough context to express what he meant by that statement. it was not just "a lesson", it was a response to Kiffin's rogue behavior.

@Sagittariustoo "corspe" ??? What is a "corspe"?

I think the fat old reporter was upset he couldn't bait Al into saying something that he could twist to make Al look bad.

Stop attacking Big Al. He is a great owner. Yeah in the past years we had some bad moments but he is a football legend. He is great. I love he jacket! and bracelet saying: AL. This is the coolest 81 year-old guy you will ever see.

As bizarre as this whole ordeal was, I find it a little disconcerting that one of the 'journalists' is trying to lead Al Davis into an answer, saying Kiffin's firing was a 'lesson' at 7:30. That guy is a scumbag. I'm sure that Davis' statement to him got twisted into something else. I am by NO MEANS condoning Davis' choices (up until draft weekend that is...) but it bothers me when guys suck up like that only to twist words and bury sports figures and/or celebrities

coolest owner ever look at his jacket

Al Davis always blames the Coaches for his Fuck-Ups, that is why the Raiders keep getting a new Head Coach every year
Al Davis, love 'em or hate 'em, is a good judge of character. What a POS Lane Kiffin has turned out to be.

@sanddune He did bait Al. 9:15 Davis states ”you have to be under the supervision of the general partner and you just can’t do things on your own.”
